Our Specialization workshop is situated
inside Umm Al Quwain free zone area
having total area of 4788 m2. Workshop
is equipped with latest diagnostic tools
including electronic tools.
Dynamometer:
Capable of load testing any Engines upto
3200hp, and a test certificate /report
issued with Load test parameters to
clients.
Paint Shop: Built to paint engines in a
dust free environment.
Washing Bay/Room: Equipped with latest
pressure pumps and convenience of air
and water lines.
Engine rebuild center: Having space for
8 engines to rebuild at a time and work
benches and components rebuilding area.
Each bay is connected with Air and Water
pipes. Disassembled engine components
are cleaned at our wash bay situated
inside workshop and distributed to
technicians for rebuilding as per
principals specifications.
Fuel Pump Test Bench:
We have a specialized Fuel Test Bench
having capacity to calibrate most of the
well-known Manufacturers in the world.
Also we have specialized equipment for
testing Electronic Injectors.
Tool Room:
All sophisticated diagnosis tools,
properly identified with part number and
location are kept in the tool room and
manned with dedicated Store Keeper.
Above all a 10 Ton capacity overhead
crane is installed and in use for heavy
component lifting, This is easily
accessible to all engine rebuilt bays.
Manpower: Our 24 dedicated Technicians
are dealer trained and experienced in
Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit Diesel,
Volvo Penta, and Kirloskar engines.
Standby Generator: In order to have a
smooth assembling, we have a dedicated
Generator as standby unit...
Security: 24 hour security personnel
